In future, contractors will be able to submit their invoices electronically.
A central invoice receipt platform is used for the Thuringian state authorities, the participating municipalities and districts of the Free State of Thuringia. The central invoice receipt platform will be activated from 27.11.2019 and can be accessed via the URL verwaltung.thueringen.de. It can also be accessed directly via the URL xrechnung-bdr.de. Contractors can use the central invoice receipt platform to enter their electronic invoices or upload electronic invoices that have already been created. Once the electronic invoices have been successfully entered/uploaded, they are deemed to have been submitted and therefore delivered to the recipient. The electronic invoice is then automatically forwarded from the central invoice receipt platform to the registered email address of the administrative community or the relevant member town or municipality.
