The library in Weißensee has been located in the same building complex as the city administration since 2001 and is equipped with an extensive collection of books and audiovisual media. An Internet workstation enables worldwide contacts and research. Covering a total area of 101 m², the library offers you around 12100 media. These include novels, fiction, children’s literature, non-fiction and specialist literature. The library also offers newspapers, magazines, CD-ROMs, CDs and games. In other words, there is something for almost everyone. In addition to appropriate media, there are library services and events aimed primarily at children and young people.
There is no charge for borrowing media.
