The central invoice receipt platform will be activated from 27.11.2019 and can be accessed via the URL <a href=\"https:\/\/verwaltung.thueringen.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">verwaltung.thueringen.de<\/a>. It can also be accessed directly via the URL <a href=\"https:\/\/xrechnung-bdr.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">xrechnung-bdr.de<\/a>. Contractors can use the central invoice receipt platform to enter their electronic invoices or upload electronic invoices that have already been created. Once the electronic invoices have been successfully entered\/uploaded, they are deemed to have been submitted and therefore delivered to the recipient.
